Horizontal Dryer Cooler
Dryer-coolers are used to cool the product and reduce its moisture content to the desired level.
First, the air is heated by the heat exchanger and steam on the upper deck, which decreases the moisture in the product. To reach the desired moisture content, the product is exposed to hot air on each deck. On the lower deck, the product is dried at ambient temperature. Here, the product is dried only on the lowest level.
Product features:
- Product particles mixed into the air drawn over the machine are returned to the system with the cyclone placed in the aspiration system.
- There are perforated sheets connected to a gradually accelerated pallet chain system on the floors.
- There is a jet pulse system for perforated sheet cleaning.
- The body can optionally be manufactured in S235JR, galvanized or AISI 304 stainless steel.
