TMR (Total Mixed Ration) Centers
Main purpose of TMR systems is to ensure that daily rations of 500-1.000 animals and 1.000+ animals (especially dairy farms) are prepared and distributed with 99% accuracy, 1% precision, in a short time and in the desired homogeneous structure.
Thanks to the bunkers and silos in the machinery section of the TMR system, the preliminary preparation stages are carried out with great care. The raw materials, which are pre-prepared and ready for mixing, are transferred to the feed mixer precisely and quickly with the help of conveyors. Then, it is transferred to the trucks for distribution via a conveyor.
Thanks to the machines, process tracking software and automation system in the TMR system, the raw materials in the ration are transferred to the mixer within 1% precision and the mixture is prepared with the same precision.
Quantities and volume of silos and bunkers vary depending on the ration used and the desired mixing capacity. In this context, each TMR project is specially designed in line with user requests.
