Z Magnet

Magnets are used for removing iron, metal and other ferrous objects from the raw material.

Magnets are controlled by the external pneumatic cylinder. Product outlets and metal collection outlets are separated by a valve. After the raw material is placed into the machine, the metals are trapped by the magnets as the material passes through the magnetic surface. The trapped materials are collected in the metal collection section and removed from the system automatically by changing the valve position with the help of pneumatic cylinders.

The Z-magnet’s gradual system checks the product twice in a single pass. This process removes most foreign objects. Magnets are placed in 304-quality stainless sheet metal for protection against external factors. This system is generally used for dry and granular materials.
