Mixer
Mixer was designed and manufactured to homogeneously mix different raw materials that are grinded in the mill which has a free flow movement during the process.
Paddle mixers have body sizes ranging from 500 liters to 16.000 liters. According to international standards, the mixture is provided with CV≤5. Thanks to the nozzles on the mixer, the process of adding liquid into the mixture is facilitated.
Paddles on the rotor perform mixing. The paddle arrangement prevents the product in the mixer from sticking to the body and cleans the body by constantly stripping.
The time for charging is decreased with wide area pneumatic doors; the time for discharging decreases with double discharge doors that can open from end to end. The time saved with before mentioned process, increases the capacity/hour value.
The number of lines and nozzles can be coupled according to the requested liquid type and variety.
