Bigbag Discharging System

Big bags are widely used for powder and granular raw material shipment. It provides convenience in the transfer of the product without any loss and contamination.Big bag dischargers are used when the premix raw material is brought to the factory in big bags.

Bags are carried with a crane to the big bag discharger or a forklift is placed directly onto the hopper. Lost-in-weight feeding is used in this process. The bag is vibrated with the pneumatic piston, thereby providing ease of emptying.

Depending on the type of product coming out of the big bag, a spiral or pneumatic system is offered at the discharge outlet.
