Fat Coater

Fat coaters are used to spray the pellet feed with oil and liquid in an oiling chamber after the pellets are cooled.

Oils, enzymes and other micro-liquid additives are used as a coating to increase the consumption of pellet feed. Placement of these coating materials is arranged to effectively control contamination and foul odors.

After the cooling process, the feed passes through a sieve and then goes through an oiling chamber for homogeneous coating. Flow rate is controlled by the load cell installed in the chamber. The pellet feed flowing through the chamber is sprayed with oil by the nozzle system. The special mixing screw under the chamber ensures the feed is fully coated during the process.

According to the information received from the loadcell in the fat coating inlet throat, the amount of oil sent to the nozzles in the oiling throat can be adjusted from the pump. The amount of oil added to the product is controlled by the flow meter.

Fat coaters can be produced as single- or double-shaft depending on the capacity requirement
