Crumbler
Pellet crumbler is specially designed to crumble the pellet feeds that are into much smaller pieces.
There are two rollers that allows adjusting (manually or with the motor) the gap distance in the pellet crumbler. With the specially designed rollers, high capacity and quality processing can be done on any kind of grains. These rollers can be used in an optimum way to ensure high efficiency. With the belt-pulley transmission power transmission, the rollers rotate at different speeds.
The roller mechanism is regularly fed by the feeding unit regularly. The pellets is distributed evenly on the entire surface of the roller. This mechanism ensures to achieve homogenous feed with less dust ratio while using less energy, and without overloading the machine, due to regular feeding.
